Tasting Notes: This wine is full bodied, fleshy, solid, and sustained by the tannins. It has a
good persistence of red fruit aromas which develop the undergrowth. The Vosne Romane
is exceptionally suitable for aging.
Meal suggestion: The Vosne Romane matches wonderfully with a fricassee of mushrooms
or a young wild boar cooked in a black sauce.
